How quickly will I get my order?

Heavy Machine shoes are shipped around the world from our Taipei, Taiwan offices. If the item you order is available, you should receive your Heavy Machine shoes within 10-14 days for 2010 collection as it is hand-made by order and 3-7 days for 2011 collection after order confirmation. Please understand that we don't ship the goods during weekend and national holidays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping and handling 

For US/Canada/Europe/Russia:  is $25USD for the 1st pair and $15USD additional for each pair afterwards

For Australia/New Zealand/Asia(not including China/Hong Kong/Taiwan)/Middle East: is $20 USD for the 1st pair and $10USD additional for each pair afterwards

For Hong Kong/China: is $15USD for the 1st pair and $10USD additional for each pair afterwards

For Taiwan: is $10USD for the 1st pair 

We ship using EMS.

How do I know if the pair I want is in stock?

If a pair of Heavy Machine shoes is out of stock, you will see "out of stock’ next to the price. If you have your eyes on a particular design, and it’s out of stock…just email us: info@heavymachine.eu and we can try to get it hand made for you.

What kind of payment options do you take?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX as well as payment through Paypal or Google Check-out.

What if I don’t like the product that I ordered or it doesn’t fit? 

Heavy Machine has a 14 day return policy so if you don’t like the shoes or if you would like an exchange, just fill out the shipping slip in each package and return it to us (unworn and in package of course!).

If you would like an exchange, then we’ll take care of the shipping costs.

If you would just like to return the shoes, we’ll have to charge a 5% restocking fee+shipping cost and then refund your preferred payment method.
