How quickly will I get my order?

Heavy Machine shoes are shipped around the world from our Taipei, Taiwan offices. If the item you order is available, you should receive in 3-7 days for 2011/2012 collection after order confirmation. For 2010 collection, as it is hand-made by order, your Heavy Machine shoes will arrive in 10-14 days. Please understand that we do not ship during the weekend or holidays.

How much is shipping?

We ship worldwide! Shipping cost is FREE.

We ship using EMS. (Express Mail Service) with tracking number to make sure that the parcel finally arrives in your hands.

How do I know if the pair I want is in stock?

If a pair of Heavy Machine shoes is out of stock, you will see "out of stock’ next to the price. If you have your eyes on a particular design, and it’s out of stock…just email us: info@heavymachine.eu and we can check if there will be any restock anytime soon.

What kind of payment options do you take?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX as well as payment through Paypal or Google Check-out.

What if I don’t like the product that I ordered or it doesn’t fit? 

Heavy Machine has a 14 day return policy for return/exchange, please email us at info@heavymachine.eu to process the return/exchange.

For international customers, if you would like to exchange or return the shoes,please cover the shipping cost and send back the shoes by your preferred method. For return, we will refund you within 48 hours after we receive the return shoes.

For Taiwan customers, we allow 1 time exchange. For both return and exchange, shipping cost will be covered by us.

For new customers, is it necessary to sign up a new account to process the purchase?

Not necessary. For new customers, please choose "login as guest" after clicking checkout.
